In over 40 years this has happened 3 times, once where the Customer gave the wrong address completely, twice the DJ car was involved in an accident and the Customer Guests rescued him and got him these and home. The third time was when the Djs car broke down, he did get there but late.

we are always on the end of a telephone, we have had extreme instances where clients have stolen hard drives from digital karaoke machines, wiped off operating systems and had them stolen. All hire must have a Card Deposit refundable of £100.
all our equipment is insured. we have this year started passing on the cost of insuring the equipment the individual djs use of ours onto them . the reason for this is because we believe they understand the importance of having their equipment looked after.

THAT IS A REAL GOOD QUESTION. I AGREE THAT IT IS EXTRA EQUIPMENT TO BE TAKEN BY THE DJ TO THE FUNCTION BUT I HAVE TO COMPLY WITH AN EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL RULING AGAINST US IN 1998 THAT SAYS THAT DJS MUST HAVE BOTH DISCO AND KARAOKE EQUIPMENT AND FULL TRAINING BE PROVIDED TO USE BOTH.
